Dear Valued Clients,

While we would like to reassure everyone that Linden Ridge Animal Hospital at this time remains free of COVID-19, we are taking extra steps to protect our staff, our clients, and all of our families from the spread of the virus while still maintaining essential services.

With that in mind, we have implemented several changes to our operations:

  • We will continue to maintain the utmost in sanitation and cleaning of exam rooms between appointments. Our exam room surfaces, as well as all high contact surfaces in our reception area, are cleaned and sanitized between patients. All staff wash their hands after handling each patient.

  • As a client, if you have recently traveled, are feeling ill, or have had exposure to someone positive/awaiting testing for COVID-19, we ask that you stay at home for 14 days. If your pet requires care during this time, please ask a friend or relative to bring the pet in on your behalf.

  • We ask that all clients refilling food or prescriptions call ahead and pre-pay by phone. Staff will bring the food or medications out to your vehicle.

  • When you arrive for an appointment, give us a call (204)453-3221 and a team member will come out to collect your pet and bring them in for their visit. We ask that you wait out front during the visit. The doctor will discuss the case with you by phone. Once the visit is completed a team member will bring your pet back out to you.

We would like to thank our clients for their patience and understanding during this difficult time. As always, we are here to help with any questions or concerns. We can be reached at 204-453-3221.
